We participate with VSP and Medicare. Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Superior Vision, Eyemed (most plans), PHCS/Multiplan Network, Cigna, Optum(Spectera), Great West, Benefit Planners, TML and others. We are now providers for Block Vision, effective 2/1/2010. Please call and we can verify your vision benefits before your appointment.
